Sprouts - 1 - 21/2year olds
The Sprouts room is for children 1-21/2 years old. These little ones are developing their gross motor skills by discovering the thrill of walking, developing their fine motor skills by pointing, manipulating, grabbing and learning language and social skills. Our teachers use Building Language for Literacy theme based curriculum and basic sign when developing an age appropriate weekly lesson plan. They also introduce the Pyramid philosophy that teaches children about caring, cooperation, safe environments, assertiveness, relationship skills, emotional regulation and self-control. Our ratios are 1:5 with a maximum group size of 10 children.



Acorns - 21/2 - 31/2 year olds
The Acorns room is for children ages 21/2-3 years old and focuses on preparing the children for preschool. Building Language for Literacy is a theme based curriculum used for planning daily activities that incorporate small and large motor skills, art, science, math and language, library, and housekeeping based on the child's developmental skills. The Pyramid model is followed in the development of social and emotional skills such as caring and sharing, showing empathy to friends and family, and helping others. We offer a 1:8 ratio with a maximum group size of 12. In all of our classrooms we encourage learning through play. Play helps children master movements, stimulates language use, builds self confidence, boosts friend making skills and thrills the senses.

Pine Cones - ages 3 - 5 years old
Our Preschool program prepares children age 3-5 years old for Kindergarten. Theme based activities are planned each week with hands on and teacher directed activities. Creative Curriculum, Building Language and Literacy, and Pyramid are used when planning activities to meet each child's academic needs. Our daily centers include art, math/language, science, housekeeping, cognitive, computer, library, fine motor/writing, cozy corner, music and outdoor play. We have also introduced Zoo Phonics this year.

5 full days - $240.00 weekly      5 half days - $149.00 weekly

4 full days - $203.00 weekly      4 half days - $124.00 weekly

3 full days - $155.00 weekly      3 half days - $  97.00 weekly

2 full days - $106.00 weekly      2 half days - $  67.00 weekly

 

Preschool Toddler rates: ages 2-3 years

5 full days - $215.00 weekly      5 half days - $147.00 weekly

4 full days - $182.00 weekly      4 half days - $123.00 weekly

3 full days - $141.00 weekly      3 half days - $  96.00 weekly

2 full days - $  96.00 weekly      2 half days - $  66.00 weekly

 

Preschool rates: ages 3-5 years and fully potty trained

5 full days - $186.00 weekly      5 half days - $131.00 weekly

4 full days - $157.00 weekly      4 half days - $109.00 weekly

3 full days - $121.00 weekly      3 half days - $ 86.00 weekly

2 full days - $  84.00 weekly      2 half days - $ 60.00 weekly

 

Preschool Only Rate: ages3-5 and fully potty trained

Only offered when public school is in session. (A limited number of slots available)

Daily rate $16 - 8:30 to 11:30 a.m

 

 

 

 

Holidays: The center will close early, at 4:00 p.m., on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. The center is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If a holiday falls on a Saturday it will be observed on Friday. If it falls on a Sunday it will be observed on the following Monday.
